INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS

  • Papers can be submitted either as a Research paper or as the subject for a Workshop / Project demonstration
  • The deadline for submission of the Abstract is 28 January 2018
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent by 1 February 2018
  • The deadline for the full paper submission is 15 February 2018
  • The paper should be presented in any form of presentation software
  • Speakers are encouraged to prepare their paper using the
  • Guidelines to Submit Workshop/project/ Research paper for ETC-workshop

    1. Submmision of Abstract

    The abstract can be approximately of 250 words and in PDF format (Research / Projects / Workshop Topics)

     

  • 1 February 2018

    2. Notification of Acceptance

    Acceptance notification and all other related information will be sent by email

  • 15 February 2018

    3. Submission of Full Paper

    Speakers are encouraged to prepare their paper using the Guidelines

  • 18 February 2018

    4. Registration Period for Participants

    The registration period ends on 10 February 2018. Registration maybe extended as per seat allocation

  • 27 February 2018

    3. Day of Workshop

    The paper should be presented in any form of presentation software
